Thought I'd try out a nice journal look while it's possible for me to. Wish it was in blue, but very, very pretty nonetheless. Wish I could keep one.

Lots of new things have been going on. I'm in college, for one. And busy. I'm on the committee for NMA con next year, and I'm also hoping to get a new HP Touchsmart Tablet Laptop.

With the NMA con note, I hope to make and finish a Jing: King of Bandits cosplay outfit. I've already found some jacket templates, thanks to people who have already attempted this cosplay before, and I even have an idea for Kir! You know those huge, flexible-legged, Halloween spiders? I hoped I could use their legs to affix some sort of Kir representation to my arm, so I could both have him stay, AND be able to shout "Gimme a Kir Royale!" appropriately. (By the way, yes, it is a drink. Look it up. While you're at it, look up Jing: King of Bandits! I'm sure you'll enjoy it.)

So, yes. Lots of stuff. Oh, and the fact of the matter is, I actually have quite a lot of unfinished homework. Eight math chapters, one math test, a math test improvement, two essays, one book report (with the second still needing about a paragraph), and a whole lot of art assignments. Yeah. All that good stuff.

On YET ANOTHER note, Brittany is coming up today for the weekend, so hopefully I will be able to see her, AND get homework done. Especially because my parents can no longer drive her here, seeing as my grandpa broke his leg and is in the hospital. I'm sure he'll be fine, but I still know my mom worries about him, so she's going to visit. Therefore? No ride, so far.

ANYways. Oh, YES. I won the Moutain Dew 'Green Label Gear' contest. I got some headphones, and they actually come the other day in the mail (though I just picked them up)! They're WeSC Bongo headphones, so hopefully they're good ones. Looking forward to them.

So, anywho, I think that's most of my stuff going on. Sorry for lack of deviations lately; Britt currently has my sketchbook, and I do not know where I can scan in anything I haven't yet. Scanners? Not really found here, apparently. Though the Touchsmart is a Tablet Laptop, so I hopefully will be submitting a lot of art by then. x3

SO, on that note. Not much else to say, but anyone who reads this, I am sorry for update-deprivation. I'm just busy, and without a scanner.
